The Versailles Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public meeting on Wednesday
October 7, 2026. The purpose of the public meeting is to consider the following:
A. BZA Case No. 26-10, a front setback variance request filed by Erin Shaffer, 304
S. Second St. The variance request is to permit a reduction in the required front
setback distance of 25.00’ to 17.8’ for a front porch addition onto the home. This
property is zoned R-2 Single-Family Residential.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:00PM in the Versailles Administrative Office
Building, 1901 Conference Room, 177 N. Center St., Versailles, Ohio. All interested
parties are welcome to attend.
